A fanlisting is exactly what it sounds like: a list of fans who like a particular thing (actor/actress, singer, band, movie, tv show, etc).

Is this an official website?

No. This site is not related to anything official for Jamie Oliver, the BBC, the Food Network, or anything else. Recognition by the fanlistings does not imply this site is in any way official either. This is a fansite run by a fan for other fans.
